CV. SIMPATI TRANS MAKASSAR as a car rental company is faced with obstacles in the service process that are still conventional, such as limited access to information for customers, limited response time, and lack of communication efficiency. Therefore, this study aims to develop a car booking service system based on Progressive Web App (PWA) integrated with chatbot to improve service quality, ease of access, and operational efficiency. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a prototype model. Chatbot integration allows the system to provide automatic responses to user questions related to vehicle information to service recommendations. The results of the study show that the developed system is able to simplify the process of booking cars online, and improve service quality through chatbots and provide a better user experience through PWA technology. Based on testing using ISO 25010 which includes aspects of functionality (100%, "Acceptable"), reliability (99.32%), usability (81.2% "Very Feasible"); satisfactory performance efficiency on desktop and mobile use, maintainability that meets the standards of Modularity, Modifiability, Analyzability & Testability, portability that works in various browsers, security shows no critical vulnerabilities that can threaten data integrity or user authentication and compatibility that meets compatibility in various browsers. In conclusion, the system is declared suitable for use as a customer service solution at CV. SIMPATI TRANS MAKASSAR
