Analisis Kebutuhan Sebagai Dasar Rancangan Antarmuka Website Pendaftaran Online Posyandu Anggkrek 1 Kabupaten Sumedang

Abstract

Public health services through Integrated Service Posts (Posyandu) are one of the strategic efforts to improve the health status of mothers, children, toddlers, and the elderly. However, the manual process of administration and participant data recording has the potential to cause service delays, recording errors, and difficulties in data management. This study aims to analyze user needs as the basis for designing an online registration website for Posyandu Anggrek 1 in Sumedang Regency using a User-Centered Design (UCD) approach. Data were collected through structured interviews with Posyandu officers and service users. The analysis focused on the Understand Context of Use and Specify User Requirements stages. The results identified two main user groups with complementary needs. Officers require digital and centralized participant data recording, storage, searching, and updating facilities. Service users require practical online registration, clear activity schedule information, and a simple registration flow. Both groups also expect an interface that is simple, comfortable, accessible, and secure. These findings provide a user-needs basis for subsequent interface design and are expected to support more efficient Posyandu administration and a better service experience. Further research can proceed to prototype development and usability evaluation.
