Keywords:

This study aims to examine the implementation and impact of digital literacy training for elementary school teachers in remote areas. Limited access to information technology and minimal digital competence among educators have created a gap in learning quality. This training program was designed to enhance teachers’ digital capabilities, focusing on basic ICT skills, digital content creation, and the integration of digital tools into learning activities. The research used a qualitative descriptive method with participatory observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Findings show that the training significantly increased participants’ confidence and skills in using digital platforms for teaching. Teachers reported better classroom engagement and improved learning outcomes as a result of the training. The study highlights the importance of continuous support and infrastructure provision to ensure the sustainability of digital integration in rural education. The implication of this research emphasizes that targeted digital literacy programs can bridge educational disparities in underserved regions.
