Pemberdayaan Ibu Rumah Tangga Melalui Pelatihan Kewirausahaan Berbasis Produk Lokal

The empowerment of housewives is a strategic effort to enhance family welfare and economic independence. This study aims to examine the impact of entrepreneurship training based on local products on the capacity development of housewives. Using a qualitative descriptive method, the research involved a series of training activities such as product innovation workshops, marketing strategy classes, and financial literacy sessions held in a local community center. The findings reveal that the participants experienced increased confidence, improved skills in managing small businesses, and a better understanding of the market potential of local products. Furthermore, the training facilitated the formation of small business groups among participants, fostering collaboration and sustainability. This empowerment initiative proves to be an effective approach in utilizing local potentials while increasing economic participation among housewives. The implication of this study highlights the importance of continuous mentoring and support systems in sustaining women’s economic activities.
